Role: Sales and Marketing Executive
Directly responsible to: Board of Directors
Liaison and co-operation

The sales and marketing executive will work in liaison contact and co-operation with:
• Director of Training & Quality Assurance
• Office Manager
• DX2 Appointed Committees
• Other members of staff,
• Organizations and networks relevant to the programme
• Clients

Duties and Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of marketing strategies.
• Conducting market research and reporting on trends.
• Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
• Coordinating with stakeholders.
• Working with the relevant teams to develop targeted sales strategies.
• Implementing a sales cycle
• Developing and Maintaining client relations.
• Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
• Creating and presenting sales performance reports
• Preparing and managing tenders on behalf of the company.
• Managing the companies social medial sales and marketing activities.

In addition to the foregoing the Sales and Marketing Executive will be expected to:
• Identify new markets and business opportunities and arranging meetings with potential customers
• Visiting potential customers for new business and developing and maintaining relationships
• Making accurate cost calculations to provide customers with quotations
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement with a view to closing sales
• Attending trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations to represent the organisation
• Deliver on key performance indicators

Qualifications & Attributes: Sales and Marketing Executive – Person Specification
• Recognised qualification in sales, marketing, business, or related field.
• Proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive.
• Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
• High-level communication and networking skills.
• A passion for sales.
• Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
• Good project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Experience in development and delivery of tenders
• Excellent IT Skills
• Experience in education, training or medical sales an advantage.

Hours & Salary:
• 39 hours per week as per shift schedule.
• Salary negotiable.
