About this course
The Food Safety E-Learning Module is available online and in three separate levels.
Level 1 is aimed at those new to food handling and should be completed prior to commencement of food handling.
Level 2 is aimed a those working in the food handling industry for at least three months.
Level 3 is aimed at those in a supervisory capacity.
These modules have been designed following the Food Safety Authority Guidelines for training which can be viewed on their website here. -
Course Duration
The course is available as E-Learning modules to allow you work through them in your own time and at your own pace. Your module licence will be live for a period of 30 days from your activation date.

Certification
Upon completion of the module a certificate of completion will become available for download.

Legal Requirements
It is a legal requirement, that staff involved in a food environment are trained and/or supervised commensurate with their work activity. The responsibility for the supervision and training of staff lies with the proprietor of the food business.

Assessment
Routine ongoing assessments are built into the E-Learning Module which must be completed in order to progress through the module.
